Let's measure and manage corporate sustainability!

Circular model
Fractal®

It is a management model that promotes the implementation of circular systems in business production models. It proposes an intervention in the measurement-management-value stages as an approach to measuring the gradual implementation of circular models and strategies in organizations.

Initially, a baseline survey is conducted, followed by the definition of enablers, strategies and indicators to be implemented, and culminating in the measurement of circular value creation.

Gradual Tool®

Gradual is a management tool for assessing the degree of circularity within organizations. This tool allows companies to measure their progress toward a circular business model, based on three aspects: direction, capabilities, and strategies.

The Gradual® tool is composed of factors and components that define the measurement range. The definition of these factors and components is based on a compilation of referenced approaches and models.

To assess circularity in the components, a series of questions are designed that align with Gradual®'s characteristic measurement approach. Each question receives a specific score and weighting, considering both the component in question and the associated factor.

Gradualism is positioned as an index that evaluates the degree of adoption of the circular economy in companies, using a metric scale that extends from 0 to 360 degrees.

The circularity gap is defined as an indicator that shows the disparity between the organization's current situation and the goal of achieving a fully circular system.

It validates the progress of the circular economy between two measurement periods, serving as a benchmark to assess management's circularity management in a comparative context.
